Enterprise Account Executive - East (SaaS Observability): Own and drive complex 6–12+ month sales cycles with Fortune 1000 companies with an accent on multi-threaded relationships and closing $500K–$1M+ ACV deals. Focus on consultative selling, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and navigating enterprise buying processes.

OTE: $274,000 - $300,000 USD (Base + Commission)

What you will do

• Own complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
• Build multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership
• Sell consultatively, understanding customer business, technical landscape, and buying process
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success on tailored deals
• Deliver pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota
• Represent at industry events and executive briefings

Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees
• Strong executive presence to influence C-level stakeholders
• Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise
• Track record building champions and navigating enterprise cycles
• Grit, ambition, and execution in fast-paced environments
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
