What you will do

• Own and evolve channel marketing strategy aligned with regional and global objectives, translating commercial goals into integrated campaigns and programs.
• Act as strategic partner to sales and distribution leaders to identify growth opportunities and optimize routes to market.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing channel marketing team in a cross-country environment.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel partner marketing campaigns and joint plans with resellers and distributors.
• Drive partner enablement, activation, and performance acceleration while strengthening hirify.global brand.
• Manage regional budgets, define KPIs, measure performance, and report to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with strong focus on channel marketing.
• Proven success developing and executing strategies in complex international partner ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of channel structures, go-to-market models, and indirect sales.
• Experience leading and developing teams internationally.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, marketing, and partners.
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
