Director, F1 (Marketing): Own and scale hirify.global's Formula 1 partnership portfolio, translating world-class partnerships into compelling content, activations, and measurable brand impact across the race calendar. Focus on strategy development, partner relationship management, cross-functional execution, and trackside activations.

Location: On-site in Boston, MA or Ireland (Dublin). Must be based in Boston or Dublin. Only considering candidates in these locations.

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD (U.S. base)

What you will do

• Own strategy and day-to-day management of F1 partnerships, serving as primary contact for Scuderia Ferrari and Formula One Management.
• Develop annual partnership plans mapping race calendar to brand, media, and content strategies across channels.
• Lead planning and execution of trackside activations, Fan Zone programs, hospitality, and market amplification.
• Brief creative, brand media, and content teams for F1-specific assets like driver storytelling and campaign creative.
• Align F1 media investment with broader plans, localize activations, and coordinate PR and communications.
• Build and develop a small team as F1 investment grows.

Requirements

• 8+ years in sports marketing, partnerships, or sponsorship management, with motorsport or global sports experience; Formula 1 strongly preferred.
• Experience managing complex partnerships with contractual rights, approvals, and deliverables.
• Proven ability to translate partnerships into impactful activations and content from strategy to execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and team-building experience.
• Based in Boston or Dublin; requirement to travel globally and work non-standard hours aligned with race schedules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; passion for motorsport, health, fitness, and sports-tech intersection; commitment to AI tools.
