Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco (Soma) or New York City (Brooklyn) office 2-3 times per week.

Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 comprised of Base Salary and Bonus.

What you will do

• Craft and execute a cohesive brand narrative.
• Develop thought leadership, social content, and campaigns.
• Build a thriving community through digital and in-person activations.
• Design repeatable playbooks for content, events, and demand generation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align brand strategy with business growth.
• Run rapid tests across content, social, and events to find scalable growth levers.

Requirements

• Experience building and running effective marketing teams.
• Experience thriving in zero-to-one environments and creating from scratch.
• Strong in strategy and execution.
• Skilled at building community and trust among high-caliber audiences (founders, investors, execs, experts).
• AI-curious or AI-fluent.
• Passionate about brand marketing, content marketing, and events.
