Senior Product Marketing Manager

Senior Product Marketing Manager (Healthtech): Own an entire vertical within hirify.global’s business, bring products to market, craft GTM messaging, and provide audience analysis with an accent on persona-driven content and sales enablement. Focus on developing competitive positioning, creating sales collateral, and aligning messaging across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Location: Chelsea office 4 days/week (preferred)

Compensation: $150K - $170K

What you will do

• Create product marketing messaging connecting positioning strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Own persona-driven marketing: research markets and buyer personas to deliver differentiated content frameworks.
• Develop sales and customer enablement: train teams, create collateral like one-pagers, decks, and training materials.
• Handle competitive positioning in healthcare verticals with sales and product teams.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to produce analyses and content for new markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years product marketing experience in startup, preferably B2B SaaS (healthtech bonus)
• Excellent writing: communicate complex technical concepts creatively in short- and long-form content.
• Super creative: think big, innovate in content while maintaining detail-oriented execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to drive market vision and stakeholder communication.
• Experience linking marketing strategy to content production for launches and enablement.
