What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and manage all driver transportation functions, setting clear expectations for performance and professionalism.
• Work closely with TMS team, billing, maintenance, operations, admin, and sales to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze driver utilization, fuel consumption, and performance data to identify cost reductions and improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment meets DOT and CSA requirements and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Monitor Samsara, provide feedback to drivers, manage paperwork, prioritize loads, and schedule deliveries.
• Promote safety culture through audits, monthly driver meetings, and individual coaching.

Requirements

• Must be based in USA, OK, Tulsa
• High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) with minimum 5 years transportation management experience.
• Experience managing drivers; knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste.
• Understanding of CSA scores and DOT requirements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
