What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of web-based tool using AWS on classified systems.
• Drive application architecture for reliability, compliance with Sponsor and federal requirements.
• Oversee coding standards, code reviews, and QA practices.
• Implement secure development with encryption, authentication, and role-based access.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with IT PM and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Improve system reliability, monitoring, and automation.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity
• 5+ years programming in languages, web app technologies, and integration
• 6+ years application design/development of classified IC systems
• 6+ years in Sponsor's AWS environment, cloud admin, management, compliance
• Experience with Agile requirements and sprint planning
• AWS certification or equivalent
• Experience with TMOD Archer design/development
• SecDevOps experience: CI/CD, testing suites

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Agile PM tools: Jira, Confluence
• 10+ years in IC
• Programming: AngularJS, JavaScript, JAVA, HTML, CSS
• Relational/NoSQL databases, SQL/query languages
• Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker
