What you will do

• Define and execute a compelling vision and growth strategy for Zap Solutions.
• Maintain healthy growth by meeting financial and operating milestones.
• Expand into new geographies (Canada, Australia) and verticals (graduate programs, hospital systems).
• Strengthen key customer relationships and design direct/expansion GTM strategy.
• Drive operational improvements for profitability and AI-enabled product development.
• Build and lead a world-class team while preserving culture.

Requirements

• Experience as CEO or senior executive/GM of $10M–$50M SaaS business, preferably vertical SaaS.
• Track record in regulated markets like higher education or healthcare; strong P&L and SaaS metrics fluency.
• Structured operator with experience scaling founder-led teams.
• AI-first leadership and commercial engagement skills.
• Undergraduate degree from well-regarded university.
