What you will do

• Own and maintain prioritised CRO and experimentation roadmap grounded in data and commercial impact.
• Diagnose conversion issues using GA4, Heap, HubSpot, session data, and qualitative insights; design structured experiments.
• Build and ship landing pages, forms, calculators, quizzes, and multi-step journeys in HubSpot CMS using AI-assisted HTML/CSS/JS development.
• Ensure tracking integrity across acquisition funnel from offsite to CRM, monitoring performance to revenue.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, Data, CRM, Legal, and Compliance for compliant, on-brand experiments.
• Document and socialise test plans, results, and learnings across the organisation with commercial framing.

Requirements

• Proven track record running CRO or experimentation programmes with impact on conversion, lead quality, or pipeline.
• Strong experience with SME/B2B lead gen landing pages, forms, calculators, and multi-step flows.
• Solid knowledge of GA4, Heap, HubSpot or similar analytics/attribution tools.
• Comfortable with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) to ship independently.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for ideation, copy, code, QA, and analysis.
• Commercially oriented, high agency, rigorous, and self-starter mindset; experience in regulated environments preferred.
