What you will do

• Shape engaging customer communications to build confidence, provide support, and encourage responsible credit use.
• Deliver high-impact, collaborative campaigns as a trusted marketing lead.
• Evolve customer journeys across the lifecycle using insight, creativity, and innovation to drive feature adoption.
• Develop engagement and upgrade strategies to recognise positive behaviours and deepen loyalty.
• Optimise campaigns, channels, and investment based on performance and learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-channel marketing campaign planning, execution, customer journeys, and automated marketing programmes.
• Strong creative marketing skills and experience in creative development from brief to asset delivery.
• Ability to demonstrate and report on key metrics and impact from marketing activities.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Commercial, Data Analytics, Brand, and Legal teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of industry trends in credit, banking, and financial services challenger brands.
• Copywriting skills with a unique perspective on design.
• Experience in regulated industries.
