What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the shop team, ensuring smooth workflows and quick reactions to changes.
• Handle personnel matters, customer projects, change management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support and inspire the team to meet targets, even during disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency using collaborative Lean approaches.
• Develop processes and empower team collaboration for on-time deliveries.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and desire to grow as a leader.
• Problem-solver with quick action, systematic development in Lean spirit.
• Experience in production and job shop environment, production control systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, ERP systems, time/labor/scheduling applications.
• Relevant technical education and/or experience.
