What you will do

• Plan and lead cross-functional kaizen events focused on lean fundamentals, visual management, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of lean tools and processes across operations, supply chain, and engineering functions.
• Train and coach team members and leaders in lean thinking and daily management practices.
• Create and execute improvement roadmaps based on business system maturity assessments.
• Enable teams to embrace standardization, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
• Identify, document, and disseminate internal best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of Lean Principles (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, PDCA, SMED, A3).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional kaizen events and system-wide CI initiatives.
• Knowledge of basic operational finance, including P&L impact and cost drivers.
• Must be based in or able to work 100% onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
