Salary: $22.00–$25.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Assign tasks, conduct shift huddles, and coach team members to promote accountability and positive culture.
• Monitor production flow, address delays and bottlenecks, and update performance metrics on Hour-by-Hour boards.
• Ensure quality standards adherence, review inspection reports, and collaborate with QA on issues.
• Conduct 6S audits, enforce safety practices and PPE usage, and report incidents.
• Manage inventory levels, order setups, and modifications for timely processing.
• Provide reports, support training and cross-training, and communicate across departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years lead experience and 3–5 years in manufacturing (door hardware preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication abilities in English, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with production tools like Thrive MES, WMS, Excel, ERP.
• Ability to read technical documents, basic math, and work under deadlines.
• Physical ability for prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs on production floor.
