What you will do

• Own and grow key agency relationships through day-to-day account leadership, brief handling, and consistent engagement (40%).
• Develop strategic OOH plans from client objectives, providing proactive ideas, insights, and thought leadership vs competitors (25%).
• Support brief responses, commercial proposals, and revenue opportunities through influence and access (20%).
• Collaborate internally for smooth campaign delivery, execution, client satisfaction, and pipeline management (15%).
• Pitch new ideas, build agency strategies, and ensure regular face-to-face interactions like hot desks and inspiration sessions.

Requirements

• Media sales experience as an experienced Account Manager in the Outdoor industry.
• Understanding of UK media marketplace and Outdoor industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote; knowledge of industry tools like Route.
• Highly organised with strong time management, clear communication, and collaborative skills.
• Proactive, resilient, adaptable with excellent interpersonal and creative problem-solving abilities.
