Salary: £28,000 + London Weighting (£5,441), plus 20% bonus

What you will do
- Develop options and propose solutions for advertising briefs from agencies and clients across multi-platform channels.
- Set up, launch, and manage campaigns in collaboration with Ad Operations to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed reports on click-through rates and impression delivery.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and optimize campaigns to increase overall effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key contacts in clients and agencies.
- Create end-of-campaign reports and post-campaign analysis decks for clients.
Requirements
- Understanding of the media industry and digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, and PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Personable communication style and ability to work well with people.
- Must be based in or able to work in London.
Nice to have
- Experience with online ad-serving and campaign management.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and inventory management.
- Experience with tools such as GAM, Operative1, Permutive, Salesforce, AdLib, or Mydas.
- Understanding of various digital ad formats and solutions.
