TL;DR

Material Handling Team Lead (Logistics): Lead a team of material handlers in executing day-to-day activities in the San Diego EUV Factory, including inbound/outbound activities and cleanroom logistics with an accent on material flow, team training, and compliance. Focus on monitoring metrics, securing labor capacity, driving operational KPIs, and influencing stakeholders.

Location: San Diego, CA, US (onsite). The likely shift is 12hr, Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology.

Salary: $89,250-133,875 (annual base)

What you will do

• Lead a team of material handlers in factory operations, including inbound/outbound and cleanroom logistics.
• Ensure material flow to avoid shortages, escalate issues, and monitor employee attendance.
• Train and qualify team members, create work instructions, and secure labor capacity.
• Report status/metrics, influence stakeholders, and drive operational KPIs.
• Check compliance on quality, safety, and health; act as safety role model.
• Analyze performance trends and cascade targets into year plans within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant logistics experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience in high-tech, low-volume environment.
• Proficiency with MRP software (SAP) is a plus.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; result-oriented, proactive, team player.
