Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 a year

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end facility operations, ensuring Receiving, Technical Processing, and Shipping meet throughput, quality, compliance, and SLA targets.
• Lead capacity planning by aligning labor, space, equipment, and workflows to demand and growth.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, workflows, and performance standards for consistent execution and data accuracy.
• Develop and coach supervisors on forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Drive improvements in workflows, system adoption, error reduction, and process standardization.
• Monitor KPIs like throughput, turnaround time, SLA adherence, and labor efficiency, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and IT asset management standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management role with direct supervisory responsibility.
• 3+ years leading projects from planning through execution.
• 2+ years in customer-facing or support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data for decisions and outcomes.
• Experience preparing data-supported reports and documentation.
• Proven collaboration with stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT operations, device lifecycle management, or hardware support.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce.
• Exposure to technology-driven operational environments.
