What you will do

• Greet patients professionally and provide first-level support, answering questions and processing check-in/out and payments
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up hearing tests, consultations, and weekly evaluations
• Collect intake forms, maintain patient files/notes, schedule/confirm appointments
• Verify insurance benefits, complete authorizations, process repairs under supervision
• Handle orders, inventory, bank deposits, daily reports, equipment maintenance, and general office duties
• Assist with planning and logistics for at least 1 monthly community outreach event

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
• Previous customer service experience required; 2+ years in healthcare environment preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication and relationship building skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook; knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Nice to have

• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids
• EMR/EHR experience
