Salary: $21.00-22.00 an hour + Sales Incentive Program

What you will do
- Greet patients and provide positive professional support
- Make outbound calls to schedule follow-up hearing tests and consultations
- Collect intake forms, maintain patient files, and schedule/confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits, process authorizations, payments, and first-level patient support
- Process repairs, orders, bank deposits, and daily finance reports under supervision
- Manage inventory, clean equipment, handle office duties, and assist with community events
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in Chico, CA
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required; 2+ years in healthcare preferred
- Professional verbal/written communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Nice to have
- Associates degree
- Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids
- EMR/EHR experience
