Salary: $65,000 to $75,000

What you will do

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new Product Technical Support staff.
  • Coordinate training, manage shift scheduling, PTO, and ensure phone coverage.
  • Supervise team, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and handle escalations.
  • Develop procedures, perform quality reviews, and enforce standards.
  • Analyze data, track metrics, and drive projects for process, quality, and efficiency improvements.
  • Foster positive team culture and address equipment needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service/technical support.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience in customer service.
  • Experience leading meetings and creating training documents.
  • Experience coaching for improvement and success.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
