What you will do
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls following communication scripts.
- Identify patient needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Confirm all patients receive at least one priority call after device shipment.
- Respond to emails and texts from patients and internal teams like Account Services and Managers.
- Track patients and devices in Salesforce and resolve delivery delays.
- Escalate special issues to Account Managers or supervisors.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organized self-starter able to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Data entry accuracy and detail-oriented.
