What you will do

• Handle inbound phone calls and emails, troubleshooting and responding to customer service and technical inquiries professionally.
• Investigate, assess, and resolve issues using established guidelines, escalating unresolved problems to the manager.
• Maintain accurate records of actions, discussions, and customer interactions.
• Educate customers on all Itamar Medical products and services to ensure understanding and retention.
• Collaborate with sales reps and clinicians to support diverse customer needs.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred; two+ years as customer or technical support representative preferred.
• Experience working remotely with dedicated at-home workstation.
• Technical education or experience; proficiency in MS Office, Windows, SQL, Remote Support Tools, Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills over phone.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, quick learner, patient, and team player.
