Location: Remote - Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario Only)

What you will do

  • Develop change strategies as a thought leader for digital and cloud-based transformations.
  • Champion change across projects, collaborating with customers on user adoption approaches.
  • Train customers and superusers on solutions, giving users a voice in implementations.
  • Acquire expertise in latest Salesforce features to train and mentor the team.
  • Understand client culture and business strategies to identify change opportunities.
  • Build relationships with clients, teams, and partners; serve as expert in change program strategy, execution, and measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience delivering change management: assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness, impact analysis, training, adoption, and sustainment.
  • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops.
  • 4+ years in consulting, business technology, or functional domain.
  • Proven ability in technical environments, especially Salesforce implementations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Contact Centers, Field Service, CPQ, or Tableau.
  • Change management tools, templates, frameworks.
  • Salesforce organization and product knowledge; collaboration platforms like Google Suite, Slack.
