Location: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in London office; option to work abroad up to 120 days per year subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Analytics Graduate Programme for two cohorts yearly, balancing timelines, volume, and quality.
- Design and run attraction campaigns across universities, events, and digital channels to attract diverse analytics talent.
- Build and improve assessment processes including testing, case studies, and structured interviews.
- Partner with Analytics leaders to define needs, align on quality, and support offer decisions.
- Represent Zopa at campus events and track funnel performance using data for continuous improvement.
- Support experienced analytics hiring (e.g., data science, credit strategy, BI) and source passive candidates.
Requirements
- Experience running graduate or early careers hiring programmes across attraction and assessment.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end hiring processes, managing high volumes while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple workstreams, work with stakeholders, and use data for decisions.
- Adaptable, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement; open to hybrid graduate and experienced hiring.

- Experience hiring for analytics, data science, or technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of analytics talent market.
- Comfort with senior stakeholders, employer branding, or campus partnerships.
- Interest in data-driven hiring process improvements.
