Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal, and People roles across UK and Portugal with an accent on multi-channel sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development. Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction to offer management and onboarding.
• Focus on hiring for Finance, Legal, and People roles.
• Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies including social media, job boards, headhunting, and career events.
• Design sourcing strategies to improve quality of hire, efficiencies, and diversity based on data insights.
• Support social recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage talent pipelines across UK and Portugal geographies and maintain ATS integrity.

Requirements

• Expertise in hiring for Finance and Legal roles.
• Available to start immediately on a fixed-term contract up to 6 months.
• In-house or agency recruitment experience with direct sourcing.
• Proficiency with recruitment technology and ATS.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of UK and European employment legislation for compliance.
