What you will do

• Manage end-to-end hiring for UK Tech and Product roles, from scoping to offer management.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing leadership to identify skill gaps and align on hiring plans.
• Proactively source and map the London tech market to build diverse pipelines of passive candidates.
• Design and embed interview frameworks and best practices to ensure high-quality selection.
• Own and continuously improve the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
• Experiment with GenAI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and selection effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring technical roles such as Engineering, Product, Data, and Design.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and confidence in market mapping.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Passion for DEI and employer branding.
• Must be located in or able to work from London, UK.
