What you will do
- Deliver operational excellence through contact reports, QBRs, office hours, and feature updates.
- Maintain strategic account plans for top-tier advertisers, tracking products, spend, and KPIs.
- Monitor industry news and client trends to suggest optimizations and new opportunities.
- Identify and escalate churn risks, updating Salesforce and providing monthly insights.
- Conduct monthly audits of accounts and ensure dashboard hygiene and task completion.
- Manage client documents, trackers, and issue resolution with regular stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- 4+ years overall work experience; 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management in online advertising.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience at advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand side platform.
- Ad Serving technology experience and understanding of online media marketplace.
- Strong communication, organization, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- English is required.
