Commercial Account Executive - Mexico (SaaS): Drive sales in the Commercial segment for Spanish-speaking LATAM countries with an accent on building pipelines, closing deals, and forecasting. Location: Remote within Mexico. Must be located in Mexico City and authorized to work in Mexico.

What you will do
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities with accurate weekly forecasts to leadership.
- Handle mostly inbound leads with a hunter mentality for outbound, acting as a trusted consultant during PoV and negotiating closes for new Commercial logos.
- Master Salesforce and Gong to manage leads, opportunities, and data-driven deal stress-testing.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, channel managers, and sales engineers in a cross-functional environment.
- Achieve key metrics like fast response rates, high sales activity, and quota attainment.
Requirements
- Native-level Spanish and professional-level English (Portuguese preferred).
- Must be based in Mexico City with deep understanding of LATAM business culture and authorized to work in Mexico.
- 3-5+ years closing experience as Account Executive in SaaS/Tech, with provable track record in Commercial segment.
- Expert-level familiarity with Salesforce and Gong for pipeline and forecast management.
- Strong communication skills including public speaking, presentations, verbal, and written.
- Coachable mindset, craving feedback and quick to implement solutions.
