Manager, Client Success (Proptech): Leading and developing a team of Client Success Managers to ensure the satisfaction and retention of high-end real estate agents with an accent on team leadership, operational excellence, and growth strategies. Focus on optimizing CSM workflows, managing client escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize client lifetime value.

Location: Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ or Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in office)

Salary: $125,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Client Success Managers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
  • Streamline operational processes, tools, and workflows to scale team performance.
  • Analyze NPS, CSAT, and GRR metrics to identify trends and inform leadership strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and SEO teams to ensure integrated client strategies.
  • Oversee renewal and upsell strategies to secure revenue growth and maintain client trust.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience managing a team, ideally within SaaS, technology, or marketing services.
  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience with a proven track record in driving retention and expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Located in Scottsdale, AZ or Austin, TX with the ability to work 3-4 days a week in the office.
