Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 base salary annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production of customer education courses, including scripts, storyboards, visual design, interactions, and publication.
• Transform product documentation and subject matter expert input into concise, learner-focused on-screen content.
• Design knowledge checks, scenario-based activities, exercises, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Establish a reusable visual design language for hirify.global University course content.
• Build and QA course hierarchies, settings, landing pages, banners, links, formatting, and presentation in WorkRamp.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and provide constructive feedback on course structure, clarity, and learner experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning courses, supported by a portfolio demonstrating production quality and visual design.
• Proficiency with a major authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong visual design skills for on-screen reading, interaction, and learner attention.
• Ability to conduct subject matter expert interviews, synthesize documentation, write learning objectives, and create storyboards.
• General LMS experience and the ability to configure and QA online learning content.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience in audit, advisory, accounting, public accounting, audit technology, or CPE.
• Familiarity with CPE requirements and WorkRamp.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, technical products, or AI-native products.
• Experience producing screen recordings and product screenshots from a live application.
