TL;DR

Area Vice President, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading the growth of the enterprise segment by shaping and scaling a world-class sales organization with an accent on strategy codification and execution optimization. Focus on driving revenue growth, developing sales leadership, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or onsite in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco)

Salary: $370,000 - $460,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and drive strategies to improve sales processes, team efficiency, and productivity.
  • Lead, hire, and develop Directors, Sales Managers, and Account Executives across regions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed team revenue and ARR targets.
  • Support teams through complex sales cycles by aligning customer needs with product value.
  • Define and refine a scalable, repeatable sales process in partnership with leadership.
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast performance accurately using data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be in a 2nd-line sales leadership role currently.
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales.
  • 3+ years in a 2nd-line leadership role.
  • Track record of leading high-performing, distributed teams in fast-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets as both a leader and individual contributor.
  • Strong experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams from the ground up.
