Enterprise Account Executive - Northern California

TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Northern California): Achieving sales and profitability objectives by growing wallet share in largest enterprise accounts and gaining traction with net new prospects with an accent on aligning solutions to IT operational challenges. Focus on pipeline building, prospecting, territory planning, full sales cycles management, cross-sell/upsell, and contract negotiations.

Location: Remote in Northern California. NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unable to hire within Chicago city limits; willing to self-relocate outside.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base (OTE $300,000–$350,000) for California-based roles.

What you will do

• Qualify prospects, build and maintain pipeline to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, demos as trusted advisor on products.
• Negotiate terms, discounts, identify decision-makers to drive wins.
• Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, SDRs for territory coverage and net new accounts.
• Manage multimillion-dollar pipeline, full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Forecast accurately in Salesforce to hit/exceed quota.

Requirements

• 10+ years selling SaaS to B2B prospects with full sales cycle in the region.
• Experience selling IT operations software or similar.
• Consistent success meeting/exceeding enterprise quotas; hunter/closer mentality.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, business acumen.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
