Operations Outreach Specialist

TL;DR

Operations Outreach Specialist: Own the end-to-end manual outreach process to fulfill employment and income verifications with an accent on fast and accurate data gathering from employers, payroll providers, and HR contacts. Focus on conducting discovery work, managing high-volume activities, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and data security standards.

Location: Hybrid in hirify.global hubs: Denver CO, San Francisco CA, Nashville TN (USA), Santiago (Chile). Expected to work from the office 3 days a week. Relocation stipend may be available to hub locations.

Salary: $35,000 - $44,000 USD (Nashville, TN)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end manual outreach for verifications, including outbound phone calls and written communication to gather information timely
• Conduct discovery and validation to identify accurate employer contacts and prevent fraudulent verifications
• Manage high-volume outreach with new claims and follow-ups while maintaining accuracy and documentation
• Navigate internal systems to complete verifications within SLAs
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Quality, and other teams to escalate issues and improve processes

Requirements

• 1+ year in outreach, contact center, sales, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for persuasion and problem-solving via phone and email
• Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle priorities in fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with drive to hit productivity goals and deep ownership of customer/revenue work
• Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and compliance
