What you will do
- Offer support to users, including authors and creative publishing professionals.
- Review projects submitted on the platform to ensure quality.
- Design emails and in-app messages to build customer funnels and reactivate users.
- Maintain and update the FAQ based on direct user feedback and common questions.
- Suggest new product features based on user insights.
- Contribute to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements
- Native-level English speaker.
- Strong writing skills with perfect grammar and spelling.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to show initiative and take responsibility.
- Available to work full-time (at least 35 hours per week) for 6 months.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a remote team.
Nice to have
- Previous experience or interest in marketplaces or the creative industry.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or German.
- Ambition and a good sense of humor.
