TL;DR
Director, HME Business Operations (SaaS): Designing, operating, and scaling the company’s revenue growth engine across Sales and Customer Success with an accent on systems, processes, and pipeline reporting. Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Own the forecast process, accuracy, and reporting cadence for key metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, and churn.
- Manage HubSpot strategy and governance end-to-end, leading system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Design and administer commission plans and incentive programs in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership.
- Develop Customer Success playbooks and reporting to drive user adoption and engagement across customer departments.
- Partner with Product and Implementation teams to align CS education and expectations with roadmaps.
- Serve as a data-driven advisor to sales leadership to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
- Proven experience supporting a $50M+ SaaS organization.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
- Advanced proficiency in CRM optimization, specifically with HubSpot, Gong, or Gainsight.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel modeling and experience with tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US at the time of application.
