What you will do

• Design and build integration layer connecting hirify.global to B2B customers' ERP, business apps, and tools to pull purchasing, inventory, and consumption data.
• Combine customer data with hirify.global's food waste estimates to power AI recommendations for waste reduction.
• Architect multi-tenant APIs with RBAC, tenant isolation, webhooks, and reverse ETL pipelines, owning reliability and SLAs.
• Use LLMs to accelerate integration development, automate data mapping, and extract insights.
• Manage data contracts, schema governance, API versioning, security (encryption, audit logs), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
• Lead customer onboarding, scope requirements, define contracts, and build technical partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or integration-heavy backend roles, with 3+ years managing engineers
• Deep experience integrating with enterprise systems like ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) via iPaaS (Boomi/MuleSoft) or custom layers
• Strong multi-tenant API design, data pipelines, integration architecture, data mapping, normalization, error handling
• Hands-on with LLMs for development workflows, data mapping, or pipeline intelligence
• Expertise in data contracts, schema governance, versioning, API design at scale
• Proven B2B customer engagement: scoping, onboarding, technical relationships
• Comfortable hands-on coding, architecture reviews, people management, customer talks

• Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or high food waste industries
• EDI transaction sets (850/855/856/810) or retail data exchange
• Background in hardware/software or IoT companies
