TL;DR

LATAM Commercial Strategy Manager (CPG): Bridge between corporate HQ and LATAM markets including Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina with an accent on sales, marketing, operations integration and go-to-market strategies. Focus on developing product assortments, building business cases, and executing channel strategies to drive growth and market share.

Location: Mexico City based. Hybrid role with 3 days in-office expectation & 10-20% travel

What you will do

  • Lead action plans from performance data to maximize sales in your category.
  • Develop roadmaps for country assortments balancing channels, product timelines, competition, and data.
  • Collaborate with commercial intelligence for product launch learnings and embody breakthrough mindset.
  • Act as product expert, create step-up stories, and deploy channel strategies.
  • Build and communicate portfolio strategies to customers, negotiating consumer benefits.
  • Construct business cases for global teams on LATAM decisions and support go-to-market with sales/marketing.
  • Act as brand lead and prepare executive presentations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese ideal)
  • Business Bachelor’s degree or related; MBA plus.
  • 3-4 years in consumer packaged goods (CPG) in marketing, sales, or related.
  • Based in Mexico City; hybrid with 3 days in-office & 10-20% travel
  • Strong analytical/strategic thinking, team management, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Persuasive writing/speaking, PowerPoint/Excel proficiency, familiarity with GFK, Circana, Power BI.
