Location: Reforma, CDMX (Mexico City), two days a week in office

What you will do
- Build, manage, and optimize Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Kroger Search marketing campaigns to meet client goals.
- Assess performance, diagnose improvement opportunities, and implement changes to support growth, retention, and profitability targets.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms.
- Interpret digital marketing analytics and the commerce media landscape to explain strategy behind client KPIs and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with account teams to design creative solutions tailored to each client’s challenges and goals.
- Maintain client relationships through weekly communication and support client satisfaction and retention targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in commerce media or digital advertising with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Experience executing campaigns with monthly budgets of $20k+.
- Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across multiple clients and internal initiatives.
