What you will do

• Support and execute paid social campaigns, including account setup and strategy development.
• Assist in campaign optimization tasks such as target development and creative testing.
• Manage bid and budget allocations to ensure campaign efficiency.
• Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with account managers to oversee client interactions and task execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Paid Social or relevant marketing roles.
• Familiarity with buying paid ads on Meta platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple client accounts.
• Keen attention to detail in campaign setup and ad copy creation.

Nice to have

• Experience buying paid ads on TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or X.
