What you will do

• Lead program planning, execution, governance, and delivery of transformative software platforms, defining roadmaps and aligning milestones across engineering, product, and leadership.
• Oversee multiple workstreams including development, integration, QA, and client onboarding/migrations.
• Act as primary stakeholder contact, providing updates on scope, status, risks, and milestones while managing client implementations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with high accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, QA, and support teams, championing agile and continuous improvement.
• Develop executive reporting, track KPIs, and establish PMO best practices for scalable delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive program/project management experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale software platform initiatives with new development and legacy migrations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile, scrum, and scaled agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Ability to influence and lead in matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or certification in lean, six sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data migration, and system integration.
• Background in regulated industries like transportation, healthcare, or finance.
• Experience in product operating model frameworks and managing vendor relationships.
