What you will do
- Direct and coordinate a diverse 50-person team of analysts and technical specialists, monitoring performance and fostering development.
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, telework, and shift coverage for consistent service delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, quality controls, and workflows to ensure efficiency and contractual compliance.
- Serve as primary point of contact for government stakeholders, aligning deliverables with priorities and managing expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and conduct team assessments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Oversee administrative functions like invoicing, timekeeping, training, recruitment, onboarding, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- 10+ years industry experience; 4+ years program management experience including tasks, people, teams, funds, and resources.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Top Secret clearance required.
- Ability to manage priorities within a federal law enforcement organization.
- On-site work in Arlington, VA; 0-10% travel possible.
