TL;DR

Onboarding Program Manager (Customer Success): Lead structured execution of customer onboarding programs from deal close through deployment and adoption with an accent on program coordination, cross-functional alignment, and process consistency. Focus on managing milestones, risks, handovers, and documentation to enable seamless customer experiences.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX; USA. Candidates within 45 miles of offices follow hybrid model with onsite work some days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage onboarding programs across customer tiers (Tier 0–3), ensuring timely milestone delivery, risk monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
  • Coordinate Sales-to-Customer Success handovers, validating customer data, stakeholders, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain project plans, Salesforce hygiene, collaboration tools, and centralized documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding meetings, workshops, and health checks, tracking actions and adoption readiness.
  • Drive process improvements, standardize workflows, templates, and playbooks for scalability.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in onboarding coordination, project management, or similar in SaaS/enterprise software
  • Proven multi-project management across cross-functional teams with strong milestone tracking and risk management
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Success, Technical Delivery, or Professional Services teams
  • Exposure to identity security, Active Directory, Entra ID, or cybersecurity
  • Supporting onboarding across multiple customer segments
