TL;DR

Clinic Growth Manager (Veterinary SaaS): Design and run programs to keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged and growing using data, content, and community with an accent on re-engagement plans and platform health metrics. Focus on analyzing usage trends, building targeted interventions for at-risk accounts, and acting as a feedback loop to the product team.

Location: 100% remote within the USA. Unable to sponsor work visas.

Salary: $50,000/year - $75,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits (different range for specific locations like Colorado: $55,000 - $70,000).

What you will do

  • Design and manage clinic community programs including newsletters, referrals, peer spotlights, and online engagement.
  • Develop and run seminars, webinars, playbooks, guides, and self-serve resources on best practices and platform updates.
  • Analyze usage trends, sales patterns, and engagement to identify underperforming clinics and create re-engagement plans.
  • Monitor platform health metrics to flag at-risk accounts and prevent churn.
  • Act as feedback loop between clinics and product team, advocating for clinic needs.
  • Leverage AI and data tools to build dashboards and prepare business reviews for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 3–5 years in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role, ideally in SaaS/tech.
  • Track record driving measurable growth across large customer bases.
  • Comfort with data: pulling reports, spotting trends, translating to action.
  • Experience building community programs, events, or customer education.
  • Strong communicator for seminars, 1:1s, and newsletters; highly organized; skilled at feedback-to-decision translation.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or CRM tools.
  • Experience with customer health scoring or churn prediction.
  • Prior high-growth startup experience.
  • Background in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences.
