What you will do
- Segment customer base to prioritize accounts and territories based on business potential.
- Define allocation of field resources to maximize commercial impact across France.
- Build and execute activity plans aligned with commercial priorities.
- Support Country Manager in reporting, planning, and strategic tasks.
- Act as liaison in matrix organization, aligning teams around priorities.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to central teams.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and distributors.
- Support events and exhibitions across France.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- 2-5 years in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Operations
- Strong analytical mindset with KPIs, market data, and reporting
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in matrix environment and cross-functional collaboration
- B2B experience in medical devices, IT, or complex products
- CRM platforms and reporting tools experience
- MSc or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related
