Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $140K–$170K annually, plus equity

The platform enables teams to query company data in plain English, refine answers in workbooks, and connect trusted data to tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Slack.

What you will do

• Own operational processes across the Professional Services engagement lifecycle, from scoping and Salesforce tracking through subcontract completion.
• Manage relationships with regional subcontracting partners, including capacity planning, assignments, weekly coordination, and tracking.
• Support customer engagements through project management, requirements gathering, and account escalation management.
• Support presales by maintaining collateral, advising Account Executives on positioning and scoping, and coordinating non-standard statements of work.
• Lead structured operational improvement initiatives that reduce overhead and deliver measurable impact.
• Independently bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems and tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS, data, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or manager.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams.
• Understanding of consulting business fundamentals, including Professional Services offerings, revenue management, time tracking, and utilization management.
• Experience implementing analytics or embedded analytics, with familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack tools.
• Experience across the full Professional Services delivery cycle and comfort working in high-pressure deal environments.

• Previous experience at a high-growth Series B or Series C company.
• Builder mentality and comfort working while processes are still forming.
