Focus on identifying commercial opportunities, running full sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution, and delivering integrated sponsorship programs and activations.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies and plans for esports properties and events.
  • Identify opportunities, structure packages, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals to generate revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders; handle renewals and expansions.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and sales materials; translate brand needs into activations and programs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams for campaign execution and deliverable fulfillment.
  • Track pipeline, revenue performance, market trends, and refine commercial approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in sponsorship sales, event commercialization, media sales, or agency partnerships.
  • Experience developing proposals, closing deals, and building client relationships.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving esports, media, and live events environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in creative/marketing agencies or media sales.
  • Background in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment partnerships.
  • Familiarity with structuring partnerships, activations, and integrated campaigns.
  • Skills in tracking revenue pipelines and sales performance.
