What you will do
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies and plans for esports properties and events.
- Identify opportunities, structure packages, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals to generate revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders; handle renewals and expansions.
- Create proposals, presentations, and sales materials; translate brand needs into activations and programs.
- Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams for campaign execution and deliverable fulfillment.
- Track pipeline, revenue performance, market trends, and refine commercial approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years in sponsorship sales, event commercialization, media sales, or agency partnerships.
- Experience developing proposals, closing deals, and building client relationships.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving esports, media, and live events environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in creative/marketing agencies or media sales.
- Background in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment partnerships.
- Familiarity with structuring partnerships, activations, and integrated campaigns.
- Skills in tracking revenue pipelines and sales performance.
