Partner Success Manager (SaaS): Managing relationships with parking facility owners and tenants to optimize asset performance and grow revenue with an accent on proactive asset management and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on improving property returns, executing growth opportunities, and delivering high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews.
Location: Must live in the US West region (WA, CA, OR, NV, HI, UT, TX, AZ, CO, NE, NM, ID, WY, MT, ND, SD, KS) and be open to traveling ~6 weeks per year.
Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 + Equity and Bonus

What you will do
- Own relationships with parking facility owners and tenants as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Act as a proactive asset manager to identify and execute revenue growth and performance optimization opportunities.
- Manage the customer handoff from the Onboarding team to the Regional Operations team.
- Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase the value and impact of the platform.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to directly inform product development and feature improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Data, and Field Operations teams to address partner needs.
Requirements
- Must reside in the US West region (WA, CA, OR, NV, HI, UT, TX, AZ, CO, NE, NM, ID, WY, MT, ND, SD, KS).
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, customer success, or account management.
- Professional background in SaaS, Real Estate, or another technology company.
- Proven track record of managing and growing SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise customer accounts.
- Ability to travel approximately 6 weeks per year for company offsites and new location launches.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt communication styles for a diverse client base.
