TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Managing relationships with leading eCommerce brands to drive growth through AI-powered insights and conversion optimization with an accent on strategic account management and data-driven ROI. Focus on designing conversion experiments, building scalable CS processes from scratch, and translating client feedback into product roadmap improvements.

Location: On-site in New York City (Midtown Manhattan, 4 days/week)

Salary: $90K – $120K

hirify.global is an early-stage startup creating self-evolving websites using generative AI and large-scale data pipelines to optimize eCommerce conversions.

What you will do

  • Onboard new eCommerce customers to ensure a seamless and fast time-to-value.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities and surfacing AI-powered insights.
  • Design, launch, and track conversion experiments in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Create and present performance reports that showcase measurable ROI and impact.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve them.
  • Develop and refine scalable CS processes, including playbooks and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or CRO at a SaaS or eCommerce startup.
  • Strong ability to analyze funnels and identify conversion leaks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting without relying on analysts.
  • Ability to conduct strategic conversations with executives and technical discussions with engineers.
  • Experience building operational processes in an early-stage environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, or performance marketing.
  • Technical fluency and ability to troubleshoot light technical issues.
  • Exposure to AI or machine learning platforms.
