What you will do
- Own annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and executive financial reviews across all functions.
- Drive P&L analysis including revenue, margins, expenses, EBITDA, variances, and profitability at customer, service, and regional levels.
- Oversee ASC 606/340 compliance, revenue recognition, contract reviews, and monthly/quarterly closes with Accounting.
- Lead NetSuite as power user: enhance planning, reporting, integrations, controls, and data governance.
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, ARR, retention metrics, and advanced analytics using SQL for ad-hoc requests.
- Partner cross-functionally on budgets, headcount, commissions, and governance; lead and develop global FP&A team.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or CFA strongly preferred
- 10+ years progressive FP&A leadership in high-growth tech; experience scaling global remote teams
- Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience (required) for planning, reporting, controls
- Strong US GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 340 expertise; SaaS/consumption revenue models
- Exceptional analytical, modeling, communication skills; advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Google Workspace
- SQL proficiency with large datasets preferred; strategic yet hands-on in fast-paced environment
