Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to build forecasting models and document variances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Deliver end-of-month summaries to C-level executives and board.
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances to control expenditures and improve forecasts.
• Present financial data to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to automate workflows and generate insights.
• Improve financial processes with automation and support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role.
• Experience with full budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems like Sage Intacct or Workday Adaptive.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred).
